There are 3 documents for our Association:

1. The Articles of Incorporation
2. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements
3. The Bylaws

For the Declaration and the Bylaws, we have compiled two versions: one is the complete version as scanned from the originals (unabridged), and one is an outlined, layman's version (abridged). The abridged version is handy since the unabridged documents contain a lot of lengthy, legal writing which is difficult to follow. Also, the abridged version contains all of the amendments already incorporated into the document (replacing or adding-on to certain sections). It should be noted that none of the documents on these web pages are legally binding due to typographical errors and lack of signatures.
